Field-tested with American troops, this 10-inch military-grade survival knife was engineered in partnership with our country's bravest. The Gerber Gear LMF II Infantry Knife is a rugged and versatile tactical blade designed for extreme conditions and emergency preparedness. This MOLLE compatible outdoor gear features a partially serrated blade that can also serve as a pommel or be converted into a spear, making it an essential tool for wilderness survival. Whether you need to cut firewood, build a shelter, or slice through a seat belt, the LMF II survival knife has you covered. Its versatile design adapts to a wide variety of outdoor activities and survival scenarios, making it a reliable companion for both military personnel and outdoor enthusiasts. In addition to its razor-sharp blade, the LMF II features a unique, pointed buttcap made of stainless steel. This heavy-duty end can be used to pierce glass for vehicle egress or as a hammer for various tasks. The buttcap's smart design physically separates it from the tang, offering shock absorption and preventing electrical shock, enhancing its utility in survival situations.Down behind enemy lines? Left to fend for yourself? These are the scenarios that inspired the LMF II. Former military man, Jeff Freeman led the charge to engineer this fearless new 10' survival knife. And we field-tested with the troops. This knife is as adaptable as the personnel who carry it. Use it to cut through the skin of a fuselage. Or sever a seat belt. Or egress through the Plexiglas of a chopper. Plus, the LMF II does a slick job cutting firewood and building shelter.
